As part of the assessment team, you’ll work with clients to design robust, fair and business-relevant assessments. You might be delivering feedback from a Facet5 or Hogan profile, writing detailed assessment reports for board candidates, or advising on succession strategy based on data. The work is rigorous, rewarding, and intellectually engaging – ideal for occupational psychologists or talent professionals who enjoy helping businesses get leadership right.
