We offer a range of surveying roles across our consultancy businesses, with teams working on residential, commercial, infrastructure and education projects. You’ll support clients including developers, investors, insurers and property owners – helping to deliver projects that are safe, efficient and commercially sound.

With a wide professional services offering, we’re able to support many of the RICS pathways to becoming a chartered surveyor. You’ll be supported through structured learning, hands-on project experience and expert mentoring to help you grow in whichever direction you choose.

Engineering is about more than calculations and construction drawings – it’s about solving problems, thinking critically and making a real impact on how places are built and kept safe. From designing structural frameworks for new buildings to investigating defects and supporting insurance claims, you’ll be part of a team that helps make things happen – and puts things right when they don’t go to plan.

You’ll work across a variety of projects, including new builds, refurbishments, infrastructure upgrades and technical investigations. It’s a role that’s both practical and collaborative; you’ll work alongside surveyors, architects, legal teams and contractors to find smart, real-world solutions that stand the test of time.

From day one, you’ll be supported to learn by doing. We’ll give you the tools, mentoring and experience you need to build confidence and progress in your career. You’ll gain hands-on experience, be encouraged to contribute, and work towards professional accreditation with clear guidance along the way.

Our early careers programmes include:

  • Apprentice Structural Engineer – civil engineering degree apprenticeship
  • Graduate Structural Engineer

If you’re ready to solve real problems and build a career with lasting impact, this is your route into engineering.

Architecture is where creativity meets real-world impact. It’s about more than drawing buildings – it’s about designing spaces where people live, learn, work and come together. From schools and offices to homes and heritage projects, you’ll contribute to shaping places that are functional, inspiring and built to last.

You’ll be involved throughout the design and delivery process – from early concept sketches and planning applications through to project monitoring and technical detailing. Working closely with engineers, surveyors, planners and project managers, you’ll see how collaboration brings great design to life.

Whether you’re working on a small-scale refurbishment or a major new development, you’ll build your skills in both creative thinking and technical delivery. If you’re someone who enjoys problem-solving through design and wants to make a visible difference in the built environment, this could be your next step.

Our early careers programmes include:

  • Architectural Assistant – for those who have completed a RIBA Part 1 degree
